3. Orders
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
The customer must provide accurate information (address, email, etc.). The seller is not responsible for errors caused by the customer.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), including VAT (TTC).
For professional clients (B2B), prices excluding VAT (HT) may apply with a valid EU VAT number.
5. Payment
Payments are made online via the methods offered (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Orders are confirmed only after payment is validated.
6. Delivery

Handcrafted products: shipped within 2–5 business days.

Personalized products: specific delivery time provided at order.

POD products: printed and shipped directly by partner (times vary by country).
Delivery times are indicative. The seller is not responsible for delays due to carriers.
7. Withdrawal & returns

Standard (non-personalized) products: 14-day withdrawal right (EU law). Return costs borne by customer.

Personalized products: no returns or refunds (except for manufacturing defects).

POD products: returns depend on partner conditions.
8. Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for:

Delivery delays by carriers/POD partners.

Minor differences in materials, colors, or prints.
9. Intellectual property
All content (images, texts, designs, creations) is the exclusive property of Aim to the Moon – Creative Studio and may not be used without written consent.

11. Governing law
These T&Cs are subject to Spanish law and EU legislation. Disputes will first seek amicable resolution.
